Note: In der medizinischen Literatur wird seit Jahrzehnten darüber diskutiert, ob es sich bei diesen Hautveränderungen um eine eigene Klasse gutartiger Neoplasien oder um eine Variante anderer Läsionen wie Lentigo solaris, aktinische Keratosen, seborrhoische Keratosen oder Morbus Bowen handelt.
