Dieser Artikel berichtet über die erfolgreiche Anwendung von intraläsionalem Methotrexat (4 monatliche Sitzungen mit 2 × 0,2 ml in beide Matrixseiten des betroffenen Zehs mit einer Konzentration von 5 mg/ml) bei Acrodermatitis continua suppurativa Hallopeau. Eine Abheilung wurde ohne systemische Immunsuppression erreicht, was besonders in Pandemiezeiten positiv ist.
