PPh: Aluminium-induzierte Apoptose führt zum Verhornungsstillstand und zur Beschleunigung der Zellkerndegeneration vor Abschluss der Profilaggrin-Verarbeitung. Dies könnte dazu führen, dass das basophile Granulat aus Profilaggrin in der Hornschicht zurückbleibt.
