Histr: Erstbeschreibung durch Lopez-Gonzáles im Jahre 1971

Hyp: hereditäre Sonderform der polymorphen Lichtdermatose

Pg: UVA ist wesentlich

Vork: - Kinder und Jugendliche

- familiäre Häufung

Gen: HLA-DRB1*04

Vork: 90% der kaukasischen Pat. (normale Prävalenz: 30%)

Ass: atopische Dermatitis

Vork: > 50% d. F.

KL: - juckende, rötliche Papeln, häufig krustös bzw. kratzexkoriiert, teils diskret narbig abheilend

Lok: Wangen, distale Extremitäten

Note: keine typischen Prurigo-Knötchen

- Aspekte von sowohl atopischer Dermatitis als auch polymorpher Lichtdermatose

Verl: saisonal mit ersten Exazerbationen im Frühling

Hi: unspezifisch

IHC: - Erhöhung von CD3, CD4, CD8, CD45RA, CD45RO, CD45RB (Lymphozyten und Langerhans-Zellen)

- Erhöhung von HLA-DR, LFA-1, ICAM-1, ELAM-1

DD: atopische Dermatitis, Iktusreaktionen, Prurigo nodularis, erythropoetische Protoporphyrie

Prop: Lichtschutzmittel

Th: - Glukokortikoide

Appl: topisch und/oder systemisch

Altn: andere topische Antipruriginosa

- Chloroquin und Hydroxychloroquin
