Kombinationstherapie bei genitoglutealer Porokeratose (NEWSBLOG)
Dieser Artikel berichtet über einen Patienten mit weit verbreiteter genitoglutealer Porokeratose und teilweisem Ansprechen nach täglicher Anwendung von Imiquimod 5% Creme für 24 Wochen (mit Unterbrechung bei kutaner Entzündung). Die sequentielle photodynamische Therapie auf 5-Aminolävulinsäure-Basis für refraktäre Läsionen war erfolgreich (zwei Sitzungen). Die kombinierte Anwendung von Imiquimod und photodynamischer Therapie scheint ein besonders effektives Therapieregime für großflächige Läsionen auch an sensitiven Lokalisationen zu sein.

Dieser Artikel berichtet über die erfolgreiche Anwendung von intraläsionalem Methotrexat (4 monatliche Sitzungen mit 2 × 0,2 ml in beide Matrixseiten des betroffenen Zehs mit einer Konzentration von 5 mg/ml) bei Acrodermatitis continua suppurativa Hallopeau. Eine Abheilung wurde ohne systemische Immunsuppression erreicht, was besonders in Pandemiezeiten positiv ist.
